This breeding took place on June 4, 2010 an is ultrasound confirmed. The date of birth, August 6th, 8 puppies were born, 3 females and 5 males. The pups are large, dark chocolates. The approximate date for flying to their new homes is September 29th.
** All Chocolate Litter**
As with all of out litters, the goal of this breeding is to produce the dual purpose dark chocolate labs, puppies that can compete in the show ring in Conformation and in attaining the AKC Hunt Test Titles, as well as becoming a super family and/or hunting companion. These pups should calm, look great, easily trained, and have an outstanding pedigree!
Kimo, a large handsome chocolate male, weighing 100 pounds, is an International Show Champion. He is the son of Canadian Champion Hunter of Fawnhaven, JH, and Grandson of CH Cedarwood Gunner of Fawnhaven, CD, SH on the top (father's) side. On the bottom (mother's) side, Kimo is the grandson of BISS Ruthless Blazing Brentley, CDX, MH. Kimo is my reliable upland game hunting buddy. He has a happy-go-lucky personality.
Lilo is a beautiful 65 pound chocolate female who got her International Champion Title last year, 2009. She is the daughter of AM Can Ch Skyfire's Ought To Be A Law, CD, JH and our Maya, whose father is of CH Naiken Indian Temple, MH. Maya is also a grand daughter of BISS Ruthless Blazing Brentley, CDX, MH. Lilo is a prancer who likes to be noticed and admired. She loves people. In fact, she was handled by another gal who was a total stranger at the International Show in Washington State, and still took Best of Breed and second in Best of Group. This should be an exciting litter of puppies for those who compete as well as those who just want a great addition to your family!
